		<description>This project should never be considered.  Instead the government should put together a means of self employment and improvement of the locals in these areas.  The Transkei has an abundance of water and very valuable land where just about anything can grow!
&quot;Teach a man to fish, and he will feed his family&quot; same as give these people the seeds to plant vegetables and therefore the children will not suffer diseases.  Beans, cabbage, mealies, lettuce, carrots, beetroot and many other veges can be planted.</description>
